Yemen's Iran-aligned Houthis claimed responsibility for a drone attack on a Saudi Aramco oil refinery, reported at Jazan, on Sunday. The strike came two days after Saudi Arabia signed a defence pact with Turkey and while the Strait of Hormuz remains closed amid disputes between Iran and the U.S. over reopening terms. Separately, Houthi strikes on Yemen's port city of Mokha killed at least 11 people, according to a medical source.
