Browsing and service data
Like most websites, One News Page and its hosting providers may process technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, security signals and diagnostic logs.
Reading the public news pages does not require an account. My One News Page is an optional personalised service requiring an email address and email verification.
Reader account registration
When you create a My One News Page account, we retain your email address, verification and account records, and the subscriptions you choose to manage your personal news edition.
At first registration, we also record limited technical and approximate location information ordinarily provided during website access. We use this information internally to understand readership patterns, improve our service and help maintain security.
We do not maintain a per-reader browsing history as part of My One News Page, and we do not sell or share registration information with third parties for their own purposes. Our service providers may process information on our behalf where necessary to operate and protect the service.
You can delete your account and its associated Reader personal data at any time through your account settings, subject to any information we are legally required to retain.
Google services and consent
One News Page uses Google Analytics to understand broad site usage and Google AdSense to display advertising. These services may use cookies or similar technologies, subject to your consent choices and Google’s own privacy terms.
For visitors in the United Kingdom, European Economic Area and Switzerland, consent for relevant Google advertising and measurement technologies is managed through Google’s consent management platform. You can accept, reject or adjust the options presented through that interface.
More information about Google’s handling of data is available in the Google Privacy Policy.
Information you send to us
When you use the contact form, we process the details you provide—such as your name, email address, organisation, message and any content URL—to review and respond to the enquiry. Content-removal and DMCA requests may require additional information so that we can assess your authority and the material concerned.
We retain correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, keep an appropriate business record, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.
Service providers and safeguards
Information may be processed by service providers that support One News Page’s hosting, security, analytics, advertising and email delivery. We do not sell contact-form information to advertisers.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, although no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Questions and data rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal information held about you, including rights to access, correct, erase or restrict certain processing. To ask a privacy question or make a request, use the contact page or email support@onenewspage.com.
