Ukrainian arrested in Croatia over Nord Stream blasts

A Ukrainian man has been arrested in Croatia in connection with the 2022 explosions that damaged the Nord Stream gas pipelines linking Russia and Europe. German prosecutors say he is the second Ukrainian suspect detained over the attack and allege he was one of the scuba divers who planted explosives. Berlin is expected to seek his extradition.
